A Memorial Planning and End-of-Life Workshop
Sunday, March 20, 2022
12:00-2:30 p.m.
This workshop is designed to help you begin to make a plan for end-of-life and a meaningful memorial service. Preplanning allows you to let family and friends know what your wishes are, and it allows you to have the type of remembrance you would like. It is often a gift to loved ones to have this information provided before what can be a difficult and emotional time.
This workshop is nondenominational and all are welcome!
We will walk you through the following items:
Benefits of preplanning
Music and hymns
Suggested scripture and readings
Planning worksheet
End-of-life preplanning options will include:
Trusts and Living Wills
Advanced Directives
Palliative and Hospice Care
Join us in this interactive workshop and leave with the beginnings of a plan for your memorial service, and a better understanding of End-of-Life planning options.
12-2:30 pm (a light lunch will be provided from 11-12 after morning worship)
Presented by the Deacons of Bethany Presbyterian Church
