If you don’t know how to knit, Roberta Henry will be happy to get you started. We'll knit until Youth Club begins at 7.

9		San Bruno Hospitality House Bethany Presbyterian's weekend to support this homeless shelter located at St. Bruno's Catholic Church in San Bruno. Volunteers are needed to provide the evening meal, laundry, cleaning, mailing items, phone calls, etc. Donations of non-perishable items and financial contributions are also appreciated. If you have questions, please call the church office at (650) 589-3711 and leave a message. Return to Calendar
10	8:15 am - 2:30 pm	Officer Training Officer training will be held at San Francisco Theological Seminary in San Anselmo on Saturday, May 10^th. Officers should meet at Bethany at 8:15 am to carpool up to SFTS. Please either bring a bag lunch, or bring money to purchase lunch. You’ll be heading back home at about 2:30 pm. If you have any questions, please contact Rev. Lee. San Bruno Hospitality House Volunteers are needed to assist breakfast preparation and cleanup, and to provide the evening meal. Also, other volunteer help is needed with laundry, cleaning, mailing items, phone calls, etc. The liturgical art work party, originally scheduled for today has been postponed until further notice. 17	1:00 - 3:00 pm	Bethany Spring Tea! All women of the church are invited to attend a lovely spring tea! Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for school-aged children, and free for children 5 and under. The proceeds will be donated to the Women's Association for their mission projects in honor of Merriam Wycoff. Tea sandwiches, fruit and home baked cookies will be served - along with tea, of course! The Bethany Quartet will sing a few numbers for our entertainment, and everyone is invited to bring along a favorite "tea memory" to share with your table - a story, a tea cup, teapot, or any other type of special memory. Childcare and rides will be arranged if they are needed - you can indicate your need when you reserve your tickets. Reservations will be accepted through this Sunday, May 11^th. Please see Donna Goodwin or Tamra Hollenbeck after worship, or you may call the church office (589-3711).
