"We believe in God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, and of all there is and in whose image we are created.
We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only son, who lived in this world and was sent as a perfect sacrifice.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the breath of life, sent to be among us as our counselor, teacher, encourager, healer, comforter, advocate and source of inspiration. We are called by the Spirit to be stewards of creation and caretakers of all Earth and each other.
We affirm the living presence of God, as we participate in the holy sacraments of baptism and communion. Through the waters of baptism, we participate in the death of sin and the resurrection in new life in Christ. We come together to share in communion each month, celebrating unity as the body of Christ and the uniqueness we cherish as individuals in the new covenant of Christ's blood.
We believe that we are children of the Living God, dearly loved and instructed to go out in the world to help bring about God's kingdom on Earth, to deliver Christ's message of hope and compassion and to share and rejoice in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our beliefs are reflected in our work at a local homeless shelter, in our caring Deacons program, and through our prayerfulness. We care deeply for and take care of each other."
